Bank account associated with the tax identification number. Payment for sales depends on the company having a dedicated bank account for the registered tax identification number.

It is compulsory to sell on any Marketplace. The invoice is sent with the product to prove the sale.

Important: The invoice must be issued under the same registered tax number. It is mandatory to send the invoice in the dashboard in order to receive payments.

It is compulsory to send the tracking code within 2 days of receiving the order. This is a requirement of the Marketplaces that use this form to release payment for the sale, since they have confirmation that the order has been received at the customer’s address.

Your products need to meet the trading standards required by the Marketplaces, with items such as live animals, weapons and so on not being allowed (See the full list in Restricted Categories).

The EAN (European Article Number) is the numerical sequence that forms part of a product’s barcode and is responsible for identifying the model, country of origin and manufacturer, among other data. If you are a manufacturer and want to place your products on the Marketplaces, you will need to create a specific EAN (search for GS1 and find out how to do this – gs1pt.org).

No. BIGhub is just a space for other shopkeepers and suppliers within the Marketplaces. We don’t buy products, we don’t keep stocks and we don’t ship items to end customers. These are the responsibilities of the sellers who use our store to advertise what they sell.

The shopkeeper or supplier who is a client of BIGhub is responsible for sorting, packing and shipping the product advertised to the logistics operator to send it to the end customer.

No. The BIGhub solution goes far beyond the service of integrating products with Marketplaces. We are a sales accelerator, where the great advantage is the number of sellers present on the platform to boost the reach of the products. Bringing all the sellers together brings results that would not be possible by advertising as a single seller and operating alone on the sales channels.

No. BIGhub does not boost your ads that you have already published directly on the Marketplaces or via other platforms. To have your ads boosted by BIGhub, you need to have a contract with us and register your products through our sales platform. There are many advantages when you use BIGhub to sell your products: a reputation shared by other stores, more chances of occupying privileged spaces, simplified entry into the largest Marketplaces, integrated management in a single environment, among others.

No, because there are restrictions imposed by the Marketplaces themselves or by current legislation. If you have any doubts about the item you want to register, you can check the list of restricted products.

The number of products to be registered on the BIGhub platform is determined by the plan you sign up to. The more products you advertise, the more competitive you become and the more likely you are to make sales. BIGhub offers the facility to register products on file, that is, in large quantities, leaving it up to you to decide how many products you want to advertise.

No. Only physical products can be registered for sale on BIGhub’s partner Marketplaces.

You will need:

BIGhub does not charge commission on product sales, only the monthly fee for the chosen plan. The seller will only pay commission to the Marketplaces, whose rates are different (the commission rate is informed when registering the products).

No. In order to place your products on the Marketplaces through BIGhub, you need to have a company TIN, proof of which must be sent to us for validation, as well as a Permanent Certificate or Declaration of Commencement of Activity. The store will only become active once all the data has been validated by an internal operator.
